The white chocolate cranberry drops recipe is was of the easiest to make, yet utterly delicious cookies you’ll ever encounter!
4 sticks (2 cups) salted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
8 ounces of white chocolate, chopped coarsely
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer set on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Stir in flour.
Step 4: Stir in the chocolate chunks and the dried cranberries.
Step 5: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten each ball of dough slightly.
Step 6: Bakes 10-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling surface.
