STEP 1:

How to make rabbit salad with ham and prunes? Prepare food. Take low-fat, natural, tasty ham. Cucumber – fresh, pitted prunes, sweet. Boil the eggs first and let them cool. Boil carrots to decorate the salad.
STEP 2:

Peel the ham from the shell and cut into small cubes. Try to cut it finely so that when forming the salad, no pieces stick out of it. Leave one thin slice of ham for garnish.
STEP 3:

Wash the cucumber, cut off the ends. Be sure to try if it is bitter – such a fruit will spoil the taste of the dish. Cut the cucumber into cubes as well. Leave one cucumber strip for garnish.
STEP 4:

Peel and chop the eggs – either in a cube, like other ingredients, or on a coarse grater.
STEP 5:

Wash prunes well and dry. If it is very hard, then pour boiling water over it and leave for 10 minutes. Cut prunes into small pieces.
STEP 6:

Take a flat plate. Lay out the muzzle of the rabbit from the ham along with the ears. Try to keep the ham lying flat, in one layer.
STEP 7:

Transfer the mayonnaise to a culinary bag or bag, cut off the tip. Apply mayonnaise to the ham in strips.
STEP 8:

Next, lay out a layer of fresh cucumber, repeating the silhouette of a rabbit. Also apply mayonnaise on it.
STEP 9:

The next layer is eggs, mayonnaise on them. Lay prunes only on the muzzle so that the ears turn out a little lower.
STEP 10:

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
STEP 11:

Carefully spread the topmost layer of cheese over the rabbit’s sides and ears. Leave some cheese for the paws.

Cut out the nose, ears and mouth of the rabbit from a thin piece of ham. Put them on a salad. Make eyes from olive halves, drip mayonnaise into the center. Cut out strips of antennae from the cucumber, lay them on the muzzle.
STEP 13:

Place a piece of whole boiled carrot at the bottom. From the cheese, blind two paws, put them on top and bottom of the carrot.
STEP 14:

Apply strips of mayonnaise to the carrot, stick parsley sprigs into the tip. The salad is ready, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak.
STEP 15:

Serve the salad at the table. Enjoy your meal!
How to boil hard boiled eggs? So that the eggs do not crack during cooking, put them in cold water and put them on a boil over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned.
Mayonnaise is better to cook yourself. It will be tastier and healthier.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste – this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
The salad will look beautiful and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).
