STEP 1:

Also peel the boiled potatoes and cut into medium cubes. Cut boiled and peeled eggs.

Cucumbers cut into cubes. You can peel them from the skin, especially if it is harsh. I didn’t. Make sure your cucumbers are not too salty.
STEP 7:

In a suitable salad bowl, combine all the chopped foods with peas.

Dress salad Olivier with mayonnaise. Better use homemade, do it yourself.

Mix the salad and taste for salt. If necessary, add salt. Put the olivier in the refrigerator for an hour – it tastes better chilled. Then you can serve. Enjoy your meal!
