Double Chip Brownie Jar Mix Recipe

The double chip brownie jar mix recipe is one of the best looking jar mixes we have. There are several different colored layers and textures that make it appealing to the eye. We should also mention that this brownie is moist and delicious!


1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1-quart Mason jar
Funnel (optional)
Paper for instruction tag

Step 1: Mix together 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour with salt.
Step 2: Pour flour mixture into Mason jar, layer remaining ingredients in order listed.
Step 3: Attach tag with the following instructions.

Double Chip Brownies

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Light spray or grease 8×8 inch baking pan.
Step 3: Mix contents of jar into large bowl, stir well.
Step 4: Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, and 3 eggs. Mix until combined.
Step 5: Spread batter into prepared pan.
Step 6: Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.

Makes 16 squares.
