STEP 1:

STEP 2:

How to boil chicken fillet? Pour about 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan. When it boils, salt it (about 0.5 tablespoons of salt) and send the chicken there. For taste, you can add black peppercorns (3-4 pcs) and bay leaf. Simmer over low heat, covered, until tender (approximately 20 minutes after boiling). If the fillet is easily pierced with a knife, then it’s ready. Refrigerate without removing from the broth so that the meat does not dry out. Cut into small pieces.
STEP 3:

Boil hard-boiled eggs (after boiling 8-10 minutes). Fill with cold water, cool. Peel off the shell and chop finely.
STEP 4:

Rinse the prunes and cut into small pieces. If it is dry and hard, pre-fill it with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, dry the dried fruit with paper towels and chop finely. Also finely chop the peeled walnuts with a knife. The kernels can be chopped (not very finely) in a blender or poured into a bag, crushed with a rolling pin.
STEP 5:

Wash, dry and peel a medium-sized apple. Grate it on a coarse grater. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Place all ingredients in separate containers.
STEP 6:

How to form a salad? Place a cooking ring (about 18 cm in diameter) on a flat plate. Put the fillet in the first layer, grease it with mayonnaise. Spread the prunes evenly with the second layer. More mayonnaise. Followed by eggs and mayonnaise. Apple – mayonnaise. Cheese – mayonnaise. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the salad. Mayonnaise can be transferred to a culinary bag and apply a mayonnaise mesh to each layer.
STEP 7:

Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour before serving. Then carefully, so as not to destroy the structure, remove the culinary ring. You can decorate with fresh herbs (dill, parsley), dried fruits. Serve on the table. Enjoy your meal!
Prepare salads only from completely chilled products. Made from warm, lettuce can go bad quickly.
Any hard or semi-hard cheese is suitable for this dish, the main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes.
